Apprentices Trainings Eligibility in HPCL :
(1) Only Indian Nationals are Eligible to Apply.
(2) Only the Candidates Registered and Approved on the National Apprenticeship Trainings (NATS) Web Portal & Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) Will be Considered for Selection to Undergo one Year Apprenticeship Training.
(3) Engineering Graduate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Telecommunications
/ Instrumentation / Communication / Computer Science /IT Streams who have Completed Engineering Graduates AFTER May-2019, onwards are Eligible to Apply. Candidates Passed TO May-2019 are not Eligible for Apprenticeship Training.
(4) Candidates Belonging To Gen/OBC-NC Category must have 60% Aggregates, whereas Candidates Belonging To SC/ST/PWD (Visually Handicapped /Hearing Handicapped) Must-Have 50% Aggregates Marks in All Year/Semesters in QualifyingExamination.
(5) Calculation of Percentage: The Degree Percentage Provided By University/College will be Considered or where
CGPA/GPA or Letter Grade in a Qualifying Degree is awarded, Equivalent Percentage of marks Should be Indicated in
Application, from as per norms Adopted BY University/Institute. Please Also obtain a Certificate to this effect from
University / Institute, Which Shall be required at the time of Interview. In the case where the above Percentage / Conversion is not available, then the Percentage marks shall be arrived at by Dividing the Total Marks Obtained BY The Candidates in all the Qualifying Subjects, in all the semesters/Year by Aggregating Maximum Marks. The Fraction of Percentage so arrived will be ignored i.e.49.99% will be treated as less than 50%.
(6) ALL The Qualifications Specified Above Should be Recognised BY the Board of Technical Education/UGC/AICTE.
(7) Age Limit: Min. 18 Years & Maximum 25 Years as of 07-01-2022.Maximum Age Relaxation BY 5 Years for SC/ST,3 Years for OBC, And 10 Years for PWD(VH/HH) Candidates.
(8) Relaxation in Eligibility Criterion, Age Reservations will be as per Govt. Guidelines/ Apprentices Act,1961.
(9) Candidates who have been engaged Previously as apprentices or are Undergoing Apprenticeship Training elsewhere under the Apprentices ACT, -1961 Are not Eligible for Apply.
(10) Candidates who have got work experience of one year or more are not eligible to apply.
