What are the PFT ( Physical Fitness Test ) Criteria for SAILORS-Navy
PFT Will Consist 1.60 KM, Run to be Completed in 07 Mins, 20 Squats ( Uthak-Baithak ), & 10 Push-ups;
Minimum Height 157 CM & Weight & Chest Proportionate as per Medical Std. After Chest Expansion + 5CM;
