Eligibility Criteria FOR CEO/COO Positions in ONGC Foundation

Upper Age 58 Years & Minimum Age 53 Years.
Qualification Required: Regular and Full-Time Graduation Passed with Additional Qualification in any one of the following.
- PG Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences/works/service.
- PG Degree or Diploma in Public Policy.
- PG Degree or Diploma in Political Science.
- PG Degree or Diploma in Public Administration.
- PG DEGREE or Diploma in Economics / Commerce.
- CA/ Cost Accountant
- MBA/ PGDM
Experience: Minimum 15 Years Experience in Field of CSR and having worked for at least 5 years in a Company/ Organization, with Annual spend of RS. 150 Crore per year towards CSR Activities during these 5 Years.
