- Must be of sound mind
- Must not have more than 1 spouse Living
- Candidates must have passed MIL Odia, up to ME Standard.
- Those candidates not pass Odia in M.E. Standard, can apply and need to pass the Examination B.S.E ODISHA Cuttack, within 3 years of joining.
- Candidates must have passed, Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science with B.ed.
- Age on 01.01.2024 for Principal Posts, 32 to 50 Years.
- Age on 01.01.2024 for All Other Posts, 21 to 38 Years.
