Essential Qualification:
Officers working in the central govt. or, State Govt. or UT or Courts or Tribunals Proceeding Degree in Law from Recognised University and,

- A Posts in Level-6 ( 7th CPC ) or Equiv. grade min. 5 years experience. or,
- A Posts in Level-5 ( 7th CPC ) or Equiv. Grade min. 8 years experience.
